Privacy Policy

WriteFlow AI is a Chrome Extension developed by ZeLabX. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the extension uses, where it goes, and what we never collect.

WriteFlow AI does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to ZeLabX servers. We have no backend database. We receive nothing from you.

The following data is stored exclusively in your browser's local Chrome storage and never leaves your device:

• Your Google Gemini API key
• Your usage history (text results)
• Your usage statistics
• Your extension preferences and settings

You can clear this data anytime from Chrome Settings → Extensions → WriteFlow AI → Clear Data.

When you use WriteFlow AI to improve, translate, summarize, or rewrite text, that text is sent directly from your browser to the Google Gemini API using your own personal API key. ZeLabX is not involved in this transaction at any point.

WriteFlow AI uses only one external service: the Google Gemini API. Your text is processed by Google using your own API key. ZeLabX does not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs inside the extension.

WriteFlow AI is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.

If we update this policy, the new version will always be available at: zelabx.com/products/writeflow/privacy. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top.
